Please let us know if your size is unavailable and we will do everything we can to supply your size so you can have the set. Just email us your request and we will get back to you ASAP.

Regarding Daniel Hechter Lingerie and L.Z Brazilian Lingerie, do you sell all their products on-line, I love something I saw in their catalogue?

No, we don’t sell all their products on-line; we only sell selected products on the ‘Grace & Paris’ website.  If you are interested in a product that you see in their latest catalogue please let us know and we can direct you to your nearest Australian retailer. Please contact us with information on the product of interest to you.

Are the products available on your website on-going or will they be replaced with new products?

The Daniel Hechter Lingerie range is seasonal so once the product is sold most product lines will be replaced with new season collections. The L.Z Brazilian Collections are on-going but some products become discontinued to make room for new and improved products. The Juniper dresses are limited edition and once sold won’t be replaced. 

What if I dont want the delivery right away, can you hold the stock for me?

Yes, if you purchase an item you can request the date for delivery and we can deliver the items when you need them.

If I take delivery at my work address will it be obvious that I have ordered lingerie?

Absolutely not; the package will arrive in either an express post bag or plain packaged box, only you will know what is in the package.

Do you do gift vouchers?

Yes we do, please call or email us direct with your request for any amount over $50 AUD and we will send out the Gift Card either directly to you or the recipient. Gift vouchers can be used to buy any product on the ‘Grace & Paris’ website. Gift vouchers are valid for use within 12 months of the purchase date.
