Our team is on hand to assist with product information, size and fitting advise, delivery information, returns or exchanges, payment options and how to order on the ‘Grace and Paris’ website.
Invoice and Receipt
‘Grace and Paris’ will email your invoice and receipt upon purchase. If your purchase is a gift we will not show the purchase price on the invoice with the goods.
Delivery Information
‘Grace and Paris’ use Australia Post, Fastway Couriers or DHL Express to Express Post your goods same day. Depending on time of order and where you live allow 1-5 business days to receive your goods. If there is a public holiday this will affect delivery times. A tracking number will be issued so you can track your items on-line.
There is one low flat delivery fee of $8.00 per order for all purchases on Daniel Hechter Paris, L.Z Brazilian Basics and Juniper products for delivery anywhere in Australia.
International Orders
'Grace and Paris' accept international orders with payment via direct transfer. Contact us for confirmation on the exchange rates and for a quote on delivery and duties outside Australia. 'Grace and Paris' use DHL Express for international orders.
Returns and Exchanges
All our products adhere to strict quality control, if you recieve an item and it is faulty you can return the product for a full refund within 14 days of the original purchase date. To refund items please email us and we will send you our refunds form; you must complete and return this form with the items you want to refund.
If the size is not right we will happily exchange the item for the correct size or offer a ‘Grace and Paris’ credit to use within 12 months of the purchase date. 'Grace and Paris' do not accept exchanges on briefs. Exchanges must be done within 14 days of the original purchase date. To exchange items please email us and we will send you our exchange form; you must complete and return this form with the items you want to exchange.
Payment and transit for returned items are the buyers responsibility – we do not refund, exchange or credit for items lost in transit. If the items are damaged, soiled or missing tags, we reserve the right not to exchange. 'Grace and Paris' will return the exchanged items at our cost. Payment Options
All payments are done in AUD. 'Grace and Paris' accept secure Credit Card payments via Visa and MasterCard though eWAY Australia. Direct transfer into the Grace & Paris Westpac bank account is also accepted if you would prefer not to use your credit card; please contact us for bank account details.

Product Availability
In the occurrence that a product becomes sold out and we cannot supply the item in the times outlined ‘Grace and Paris’ will give you an automatic refund. If you are happy to wait and we can still satisfy your order there may be a delivery delay of up to 8 weeks.
